The Opportunity
Were looking for a skilled software engineer with front-end expertise and a product-oriented mindset to take us to the next level. This role involves working on scalable front-end architectures building integrated products and constantly raising the bar for the team. If you have a bias for action love solving complex problems and creating delightful user experiences this role is for you.
What Youll Do
- Design build and maintain scalable secure and high performance systems.
- Participate in or lead code and design reviews and contribute to architecture-level reviews on our front-end code base.
- Develop and implement coding and design review guidelines to improve code quality and consistency across the team.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with Product Managers Designers and Engineering leaders across multiple organizations to drive impactful engineering outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow engineers share best practices and elevate collective expertise. Set and maintain a high standard for operational excellence.
- Take ownership of improving our front-end architecture across different pillars like performance bundle size lazy loading etc.
About You
- Have 3 years of experience working on front-end technologies React Typescript NodeJs & MobX
- Have a customer-centric mindset and willingness take on challenges of varying complexity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action and execution.
- Ability to make informed decisions to ensure the security performance and reliability of the teams deliverables.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers promoting best practices high-quality code and constructive feedback through code reviews.
- Have strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional collaborative team environment.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities
