Inviting applications for the role of Manager Audience Segmentation!

Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Segmentation Analyst who can be an expert in the data. Bringing to life member experience strategies personalization and test and learn strategies.

Work with cross functional partners across the business teams marketing analytics digital marketing ops IT digital and creative to gather and refine requirements make recommendations on audience approach build implementation strategies execute and deliver flawless cross channel campaigns.

Determine the optimal audience and data approach depending on campaign and channel requirements testing strategies and data availability. Ensuring consistent member experience across channels.

Leverage a combination of Adobe campaign and programming to execute cross channel journey workflows and deliver audiences and personalization data across channels. Including audience build testing implementation offer details data needed for personalization channel outputs and close the loop with output for analytics tool.

Maintain campaign documentation and workflows with extreme attention to detail. Ensuring final details and implementation strategy are up to date.

Work with internal channel partners vendors and 3rd party partners to test and implement data/audience delivery new functionality and optimizations.

Collaborate with IT to test and implement new data and functionality within Adobe Campaign.

Partner with analytics to test new models.

Experience in project management and database marketing; retail industry experience a plus.

An understanding of direct mail email push SMS and digital marketing

Expert level knowledge of Adobe Campaign. Experience in multiple CRM systems a plus.

Ability to leverage JavaScript coding directly in Adobe Campaign workflow steps to perform complex data manipulations or conditional logic when needed.

Expertise with at least one data/analytics programming language to pull datasets from enterprise data warehouse (e.g. SQL/SAS/R/Python)

Experience with developing implementation strategies for complex test designs.

Strong analytic and critical thinking skills.

An extreme sense of responsibility to protect customer data

Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Extreme attention to detail and strong sense of QA and validation steps to implement in order to deliver with complete accuracy.

Strong communication skills a must

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in information systems Marketing Business Analytics or a related field

Experience in project management and database marketing; experience in the retail industry is a plus

Proficiency in Adobe Campaign; experience with multiple CRM systems is advantageous

Strong knowledge of direct mail email push SMS and digital marketing channels

Hands-on experience using JavaScript within Adobe Campaign workflows for complex data manipulations

Proficiency in at least one data/analytics programming language (e.g. SQL SAS R or Python)

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing complex test strategies

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous approach to quality assurance and validation

Deep understanding of customer data privacy and protection

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word; experience with is a plus
