The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Director of ODVS including managing schedules communications and other tasks to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
Prioritize and organize communications; prepare and revise official documents reports and presentations.
This position will handle logistics for meetings and events coordinate travel plans including booking flights accommodations and itineraries.
All other duties as assigned.
Travel required.
