Key Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates using the social recruiting tools websites/databases networking employee referral program professional organizations job fairs etc.
Develop maintain and post job postings on internal and external hiring platforms
Conduct phone screens schedule interviews and assist in the selection decision. Provide timely feedback and follow-ups with the hiring teams and candidates
Manage Internal Job Postings for the Contact Center Team/s
Assist in resolving employee relations matters when necessary and supporting the resolution processes.
Support the HR Leadership with Employee engagement retention and performance initiatives.
Ensure HR practices comply with federal state and local employment laws and company policies.
HRIS - Process employee record changes e.g. Team/Supervisor changes Terminations. Ensure employee records are accurate.
Assist with data analysis HR Projects & Initiatives as needed.
Skills and Abilities:
Emotional Intelligence: High level of emotional intelligence to manage team dynamics and customer interactions.
Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations through strong interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Remote & Onsite hiring/people management: Experience in Onsite & remote hiring and engaging with remote workforce.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
Experience:
3-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist/Recruiter role preferably in a contact center retail or high-volume environment.
Knowledge of U.S and Canadian HR practices labor laws and compliance requirements
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Suite
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
