At Hart & Hickman (H&H) were seeking a seasoned environmental professional who combines technical expertise with strong client leadership and a passion for mentoring the next generation. As a senior consultant at H&H youll play a pivotal role in shaping both project outcomes and team development. Youll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio the support of a collaborative leadership team and the opportunity to influence the future direction of the firm.
What Youll Do
- Lead high-profile environmental assessment and remediation projects
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients regulators and stakeholders
- Develop and manage client relationships proposals and project strategy
- Provide technical oversight and review of reports and deliverables
- Mentor and train junior and mid-level staffdeveloping future firm leaders
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and business development
What Were Looking For
- 10 years of environmental consulting experience
- Deep technical knowledge of site assessment remediation and risk-based cleanup
- Expertise in regulatory programs in North and South Carolina including NC Brownfields
- Strong client management communication and business development skills
- Proven experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
- A collaborative forward-thinking approach and commitment to quality
