THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for someone who loves repetitive tasks that you can put your head down and get to work and who wants to be a part of a fun hard working team! AC Adapters & Cable Wrapping Team Members are responsible for identifying and evaluating the condition of gear. They work in a fast-paced environment checking product for quality and providing a great looking product for end users.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch break

Reports to: This position reports to the Production Manager

Compensation: $17.50 / Hourly - DOE

THE DAY TO DAY:

• Inspect ac adapters and cables for damage
• Wrap the accessories in a standard method to perfection
• Reviewing inbound and setting priorities up for product needed
• Maintain focus and minimize distractions to maximize productivity
• Create signage and instructions to better execute at the task at hand
• Inventory Management of all finished products
• Understand and adhere to all department CBPs (Current Best Practices) and resources
• Support and train team members to foster knowledge sharing and growth
• Adapt to changing priorities in alignment with the production plan
• Identify and address team issues or obstacles
• Collaborate effectively promoting open communication and active listening
• Maintain professional communication across various platforms
• Perform daily 3S (sort sweep standardize) tasks to keep the department clean

THE VITALS:

• Capable of managing and keeping an accurate inventory
• Be able to work with little to no supervision
• Be dependable
• Have great attention to detail
• Have a desire to work in an ever-changing environment
• Willingness and capability to flex and work in other departments when needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• The ability to lift push pull or carry heavy objects as needed 50 lbs
• Ability to work and look at a computer screen for extended hours per day
• The ability to stand in one place for extended periods of time without fatiguing
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment with some temperature fluctuations moderate noise and a fast-paced busy atmosphere.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• The ability to speak/read English fluently
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• The ability to pass a drug test
• The ability to pass a background screening with no prior convictions related to theft or cybercriminal activity in the past 7 years
