Position Overview
Were seeking a results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple store locations in the DallasFort Worth market. As a key member of our leadership team youll be responsible for driving operational excellence team development and customer satisfaction across all assigned stores. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced performance-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations across multiple stores to meet or exceed financial targets
- Develop and execute district-level sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coach Store Managers to build leadership capacity
- Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and operational procedures
- Maintain clean organized and safe store environments
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize parts distribution across locations
- Recruit hire and onboard top talent for store-level leadership roles
- Train managers on scheduling hiring employee relations and conflict resolution
- Foster a culture of teamwork accountability and high performance
- Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to generate leads
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Analyze store performance reports and identify areas for improvement
- Visit stores daily to provide support and ensure operational consistency
- Manage store budgets and reinforce high standards of customer service
- Partner with HR to investigate and resolve employee issues
- Implement loss prevention strategies related to warranty claims safety and workers comp
- Address operational challenges as they arise
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of management experience in a retail environment (required)
- 57 years of multi-unit management experience in automotive or related industry (preferred)
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Strong computer and reporting skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking ability
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage frequent interruptions
- Willingness to travel to other markets as needed
Education:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; some College preferred
Job Type:
- Full-time; Exempt
Physical Requirements:
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking to achieve desired outcome
- Be able to bend stoop reach and crawl
- Sitting and standing for up to 12 hours per day
- Can stand for extended period of times and climb stairs
- Can lift up to 50 lbs
- Work in variable weather conditions
Compensation: $75000.00 - $85000.00 per year
