Territory Manager - Indiana Ohio Michigan

Our reputation for reliability cutting edge engineering team and the recent introduction of new product lines are driving explosive growth. To meet the growing demand for our products we are expanding our dealer network and seeking a high-energy Territory Manager to provide technical and marketing support for our Dealers and Customers in Indiana Ohio and Michigan.
In This Role You Will:
Introduce Elmers to prospective mainline dealers.
Build relationships at all levels of the dealers network.
Connect dealers and internal departments to provide solutions and support.
Promote ordering programs to collect orders.
Assist dealers with retailing inventory and ensuring accurate inventory.
Equip dealers and end users with product knowledge through dealer events training sessions and start ups.
Participate in trade shows and in-field demonstrations of equipment for dealers and end users.
Capture and communicate product development suggestions.
Were Looking For:
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Detail oriented in a fact-paced environment.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Experience in sales or a background in Agricultural is an asset
Ability to travel for dealer visits farm shows and in-field demonstrations.
Valid drivers license CDL/Class 1 or willingness to acquire one at Elmers cost would be an asset.
Able to meet requirements to cross the US/Canada border.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in Word Excel Outlook video conferencing apps and CRM systems.
