WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
SimCorp is transforming the way we deliver services to our clients. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Test Architect with financial background to participate directly in the technical development of our testing services pipeline.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
In this role you are to support both creating and implementing test strategy. Creating test strategy refers to the following:
Designing Testing Strategies: Create comprehensive testing strategies that align with service requirements and ensure thorough test coverage given the business requirements of our clients.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders in order to understand place of service in the delivery chain and find the most efficient testing strategy.
Creating framework on implementation of test strategy.
Managing the Testing Process: Oversee the entire testing process from planning and execution to reporting and analysis.
Contribute to Tools and Technologies: collaborate with technical teams to identify appropriate testing tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
Design KPIs specific to the framework and service following market best practice.
Implementing test strategy refers to the following:
Collaborating with Teams: Test Architect works closely with technical stakeholders project leads and others to effectively implement testing framework.
Promoting Best Practices: Test Architect acts as visionary and driver advocating for best practices in testing and quality assurance encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Technical leadership: Implement the strategy by promotion and education about the changes. Ability to function as mentor and trainer.
Implement measures to enhance services quality through following KPIs
WHAT WE VALUE
10 years of experience in IT at least 5 out of which in Testing
Certification in ISTQB Advanced or Expert
Financial operations expertisein the Asset Management industry
Experience setting testing strategies on Implementation Testing and Continuous Testing
Knowledge of SimCorp Dimension or similar products
Experience working in international environment
Effective leadership and change management skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of test engineers
Higher technical education: Computer Science IT
