Location: Prince George BC

Job Overview:Reporting to the Store Manager youll be involved in:
Working with the Agro team plan and direct day-to-day operations
Maintaining Four Rivers Co-ops high standards for customer service and ensuring consistent brand aligned customer experience
Lead coach and motivate Agro staff to improve productivity engagement and retention
Promoting the Four Rivers Co-op Health and Safety Program
Ensuring the procedures for merchandise and chemical are adhered to Co-op standard
Responsible for accurate inventories complying with proper classification and authorization of invoices
Ensuring compliance to all legislative and regulatory requirements as well as organizational and commodity programs and policies
What You Bring:
Possess a post-secondary education in a related field
Five years of progressively responsible experience in Agriculture retail preferably at a leadership level
Demonstrated ability to handle some sort of mechanical aptitude for this position since there is a lot of moving parts in the Fertilizer plant will be a huge asset.
Proven ability to control operational costs maximize operation efficiencies and improve growth margins
Proven ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of 6-10 employees
You hold a valid class 5 or better drivers license with a clean abstract
Youre honest and trustworthy are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
