Were looking for a passionate and driven3IC - Sales & Visual Merchandiseto help build this store from the ground up!

The Role:
Reporting to the Store Manageryou will play a key role in driving sustainable sales growth by consistently delivering Exceptional Retail Experiences as well as executing and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors values; LEADERSHIP CARE ACCOUNTABILITY TRANSPARENCY and INNOVATION. Your day will be filled with leading from the front coaching on the run and creating a winning culture within your store and the Retailors community.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years retail experience including proven visual merchandising experience
  • Store leadership or key holder experience working with a team to succeed preferred
  • Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering Exceptional RetailExperiences
  • Experience inWinning the Day; through meeting and exceeding sales and KPI goals
  • True LEADERSHIPnot defined by a title but by the impact you have on people and outcomes
  • Genuine CAREfor your team your customers and the overall success of the business
  • Ownership and ACCOUNTABILITY across all store operations ensuring smooth and successful day to day performance
