Flinders Christian Community Collegeis seeking an enthusiastic and experiencedDiploma Qualified Wrap around Kinder Carer (WAKC)to join our team at our Mt Martha campus. This is a Casual position and a wonderful opportunity for someone who has a commitment to Christian education and who is able to provide a safe engaging and fun space for our littlest learners before and after Kinder.
The WAKCs role is to assist the Coordinator in leading the day-to-day program. The WAKC works directly with children with some elements of administration planning and monitoring the provision of the WAKC service as directed by management.
We offer flexible operational hours from Monday to Friday with morning sessions running from 6:45am to 9:15am and afternoon sessions from 2:45pm to 5:45pm. We are seeking candidates who are available during any or all of the listed time slots.
aims to provide authentic and engaging learning opportunities for three and four-year-old children to explore investigate and learn more about themselves and their world. Children will be encouraged to develop investigative inquiry-based skills curiosity and wonder through projects inspired by the Reggio Emilia Philosophy.
