Description
Us Heart and Vascular is in need of an IT Specialist to join our team in Houston TX.
Responsibilities:
- Builds troubleshoots and maintains workstations software and other equipment.
- Direct end-user phone and desktop support.
- Travel to Houston office locations to assist end-users and perform desktop support.
- Logs documents and manages I.T. trouble tickets.
- Assists end-users with all I.T. issues to final resolution.
- Maintains a high rate of customer satisfaction.
- Escalates and communicates highly critical issues as appropriate.
- Demonstrates excellent communication technical and analysis skills.
- Maintains high professional standards and participates as a team player.
- Takes physician after-hours support calls in rotation.
- Must be able to be at work on-site during regularly scheduled work hours.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years previous Helpdesk Support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional presence/appearance.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid analytical ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly.
- Candidates with industry certifications preferred.
- Candidates with bachelors or associate degrees preferred.
- Must have a Valid Texas Drivers License.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include but are not limited to standing bending pushing pulling lifting transporting supplies or equipment walking for extended periods of time and occasionally lifting pushing pulling and carrying items which may weigh up to 50 pounds.
