The Role
Were seeking a Business Analyst to turn complex business needs into actionable insights. Youll work closely with leadership and program teams to design dashboards create reports and provide analytics that support our mission. This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving collaborating across departments and using data to create real impact.
Full-Time Salary Remote
Work Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
What Youll Do
Partner with stakeholders to gather and clarify data and reporting needs
Analyze healthcare HRIS and financial datasets to find trends and opportunities
Build clear dashboards reports and data models (Power BI Excel)
Validate and troubleshoot data to ensure accuracy and reliability
Document processes create training materials and guide users on analytics best practices
Serve as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in business information systems healthcare administration or related field
2 years in a Business Analyst or similar role
Experience with healthcare HRIS or financial data
Strong problem-solving communication and documentation skills
SQL and Power BI or Tableau experience preferred
Knowledge of HIPAA/data governance a plus
