We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager Fiduciary Services! The Regional Manager Fiduciary Services is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Trust Officers and Trust Associates within a designated region. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional fiduciary services to clients while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards. The Regional Manager will lead mentor and support their team to achieve operational excellence enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
Primary Job Functions
Team Leadership & Management
Lead supervise and develop a team of trust officers and trust associates ensuring high performance and engagement.
Provide mentorship training and professional development opportunities to team members to enhance skills and career progression.
Conduct performance reviews and set goals aligned with regional and organizational objectives.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
Fiduciary Services Oversight
Oversee the administration of trust and estate accounts ensuring adherence to fiduciary principles and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with team members to deliver customized solutions for clients including estate planning trust management and wealth transfer strategies.
Monitor and manage risk across fiduciary accounts ensuring appropriate controls and documentation are in place.
Serve as an escalation point for fiduciary matters providing expertise and guidance to resolve issues effectively referring complex issues to senior leadership.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients beneficiaries and external.
Administer assigned account relationships in accordance with trust company policies and governing documents.
Represent the organization in client meetings presentations and community events to enhance brand visibility and trust.
Proactively address client needs and concerns ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
Operational Excellence
Develop and execute regional strategies to achieve growth operational efficiency and client service excellence.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Ensure compliance with internal policies state and federal regulations and industry best practices.
Partner with internal teams (e.g. legal compliance and investment) to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Education/Skill Requirements
Bachelors degree in finance law business administration or related field. (JD CTFA CFP or CPA preferred.)
Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) or similar professional designation preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in fiduciary services trust administration or wealth management.
Proven leadership experience managing teams in a professional services environment.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Strong knowledge of fiduciary principles trust and estate administration and wealth management.
Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on risk management and problem-solving.
Proficiency in trust management systems and financial reporting tools.
