Job Summary/Basic Functions The Department of Government at Eastern Kentucky University seeks applications for a faculty member in the Political Science Program at the rank of Assistant Professor tenure track beginning on or about August 1 2026. Teaching responsibilities will include introductory and advanced courses in American government and institutions. Previous experience teaching at the post-secondary level is preferred. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in political science public administration government public policy public affairs or a closely relate field from an accredited institution at the time of appointment.
