A premier eyewear boutique specializing in high-end designer frames is seeking a motivated and personable Retail Store Manager to lead its store operations. The ideal candidate combines strong management skills with a passion for fashion and design delivering an elevated customer experience while driving sales.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing daily store operations staff schedules and sales performance
Leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service
Assisting customers with eyewear selection including style and technical lens needs
Driving sales initiatives and meeting performance goals
Ensuring the boutique maintains a premium and inviting atmosphere
Ideal Qualifications:
Previous retail management experience required preferably in luxury or boutique settings
Hands-on knowledge of lenses fittings or optical services is a plus
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent customer service and sales abilities
Professional personable and detail-oriented approach
