NOTE: TPG Capital a global alternative asset management firm recently acquired Hospitality Solutions. Over the coming months Sabre is working with TPG to formally separate the Hospitality Solutions business from Sabre. It is important to understand that while you will be employed by a Sabre legal entity your role will be to support the Hospitality Solutions business which is now owned by TPG.

Director Total Rewards (1-2 direct reports)


Were looking for a Director of Total Rewards to own all things global compensation and benefits. Youll design and deliver rewards programs that are competitive equitable and inspire our people to do their best work no matter where in the world they are.


What youll do:

  • Lead our global compensation strategy salary structures incentives equity and more.
  • Oversee benefits programs worldwide ensuring theyre cost-effective competitive and valued.
  • Manage annual compensation cycles (merit bonus equity) from start to finish.
  • Partner with leaders and HRBPs on offers promotions and pay decisions.
  • Use data to evaluate program impact and guide decision-making.


What were looking for:

  • 8 years in HR with deep compensation & benefits leadership experience.
  • Proven track record running rewards programs across multiple countries.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for turning data into action.
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts.
