Primary Care Physician
Compensation: Starts at $200K per year will increase to $350K per year with a full patient panel
Job Type: MondayFriday outpatient only limited call 200 patient-facing days per year
A well-established physician-led concierge medical group is currently seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its growing team in Charlotte NC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality relationship-based primary care in an outpatient setting
- See 810 patients per day
- Oversee care with a dedicated support team
- Share equal call responsibility
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including referral coordinators nutritionists mental health specialists integrative medicine providers and exercise physiology experts
- Ensure accurate documentation
- Foster long-term patient relationships by incorporating prevention wellness and patient education into every visit

Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active and unrestricted NC medical license
- Minimum 3 years of primary care experience required
