- Position Title: Contract Manager
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5.25 Days Mon - Fri (9am 6pm) Alternate Sat (9am 1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in all matters related to contracts and commercial management.
- Analyze cost estimates and tenders oversee contract execution and provide expert advice to project teams on contractual issues.
- Handle tender submissions contract variations progress billing and approval of payments to subcontractors.
- Organize and compile all contractual documents and timelines while assisting in cost estimation technical specifications quantity schedules and other bidding components.
- Handle resolution of contractual disputes across various projects from initial tendering through to final completion.
- Conduct quantity take-offs develop pricing strategies and submit competitive tenders.
- Monitor and manage project budgets ensuring financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with on-site project teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

- Diploma in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering Building Management or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction sector.
- Self-motivated independent and able to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
- Well-versed in procurement strategies and planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
