Job Description
Your role
Join our sister company Yoshienas (Senior) System Administrator in Berlin and support local and remote employees by resolving technical issues (L1L3) managing onboarding/offboarding and maintaining system availability and security. Youll improve workflows document processes and work hands-on with tools like Adigy Apple Business Manager Google Workspace Snipe-IT and moreall in a modern Apple-based environment.
- Youll follow our processes and implement new ones as new workflows to save costs and improve efficiency with according documentation
- You are ensuring that our infrastructure are working as expected and fix issues proactively where necessary
- You are ensuring the systems availability security and compliance of our internal networks and collaborate with our sys admins on monitoring of hosted systems
- Youll provide support via our ticketing system and by connecting to devices remotely or by visiting users or welcome them at our IT Kiosk providing support of levels 1 to 3
- You will process on/offboardings on both software and hardware sides
- Youll work with Adigy (MDM tool) Apple Business Manager Google Workspace Snipe-IT (Asset management) 1Password Slack Atlassian and more in an Apple environment
Your profile
- You have at least 6 years of experience in this domain and deepen your skills through certifications and further education
- You have good knowledge of macOS Google Suite Jira Slack and password management
- You are customer oriented and able to provide support with ITIL like methodology with great communication skills
- You ensure that users are respecting all policies and are in compliance or act to correct the issues by supporting them or apply compliance rules
- You have a solution-oriented way of thinking are working with a technical hands-on mentality and are a teamplayer
- You are open to work fully from the Berlin office we dont offer remote work
- You are fluent in English German skills are a plus
- This is a full on-site position
