MalaceHR is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee facility operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role combines hands-on technical maintenance leadership with full responsibility for coordinating property management building systems and regulatory compliance. The Site Manager will act as the primary liaison with the client ensuring safe reliable and efficient operations of all systems staff and vendor relationships. Shift 7am-4pm
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead by example performing maintenance work alongside the team while also driving facility strategy compliance and reporting requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact with the client managing relationships staff budgets and vendors.
Supervise train and evaluate a team of maintenance technicians while serving as a hands-on technical leader.
Conduct team meetings to review priorities safety topics and performance improvements.
Ensure compliance with all policies procedures and safety regulations.
Actively perform and oversee maintenance and repair of machinery equipment and electrical/mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot complex mechanical electrical and automated systems as needed.
Coordinate and oversee repairs inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe secure and well-maintained.
Maintain accurate documentation reports and compliance records.
Develop and manage budgets for contracts equipment and supplies.
Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet operational and client requirements.
Analyze facility trends to project future expenses and operational needs.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to both client and MalaceHR leadership.
Strong knowledge of building systems facility maintenance and administration.
Excellent verbal/written communication customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Solid understanding of strategic planning resource allocation and maintenance best practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel) and CMMS systems.
Ability to apply accounting principles to budget management and forecasting.
Demonstrated ability to lead coach and mentor technical staff.
Bachelor s degree required (Engineering Facilities Management or related field preferred).
10 years of related experience in facilities management or maintenance leadership with at least 3 5 years in a pharmaceutical biotech or regulated manufacturing environment.
Hands-on technical background in mechanical electrical or automation systems required.
