Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and executing audit assignments to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Conduct detailed audit testing across various sectors and clients keeping the quality of work high.
  • Prepare financial statements and audit reports showcasing your expertise and diligence.
  • Identify and address potential audit issues providing insightful recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met with excellent service.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to enhance audit processes and methodologies.

Skills

To thrive in this role you should have:

  • A degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • Progress or completion of ACA or ACCA qualification.
  • A strong understanding of UK accounting standards and regulations.
  • Previous experience in auditing whether in practice or industry.
  • An ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and a solid command of Excel.
