Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Services Delivery Manager:

Oversee the comprehensive delivery of services to designated clients or business units.

Act as the primary contact for client escalations and service-related inquiries.

Monitor service performance ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

Lead and mentor service delivery teams to achieve operational excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
Required Skills for Services Delivery Manager:

Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

5 years of experience in service delivery operations management or a related field.

Extensive knowledge of security technologies such as SIEM IDS/IPS and EDR.
