We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Advertising Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing advertising campaigns identifying potential clients and ensuring that all projects meet client expectations and company standards. This role requires strong communication skills strategic thinking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop plan and execute advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Identify and approach potential clients to present Sharpcontras advertising solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends target audiences and competitive strategies.
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client goals and campaign execution.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in advertising sales or marketing.
Strong understanding of advertising strategies and media channels.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with advertising analytics tools.
