Job Summary

Job Title: Pharmacy Tech I
Job Location: 7950 Floyd Curl Dr. Ste #106 San Antonio TX 78229
Job Duration: 6 Months
Hours: Monday through Friday 8AM to 6PM (8 hour shifts within this timeframe)

Experience:

Minimum year of experience as a pharmacy technician or closely related role
Minimum one year of experience required in a customer service position taking inbound calls helping with counting and preparing medications for pharmacist verification.
A Pharm Tech license is required.
Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization.
Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) are a must.

Job Summary/ Duties

This position takes incoming calls from members providers etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers. This role also helps prepare medications (counting applying labels) for pharmacists final verification along with any other pharmacy technician job functions not mentioned here specifically.

Education

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
Pharmacy Technician license is required.
