Data Collection: Unit Information: 2 West Neuroscience Unit Location: 2nd Floor next to Administration Address: 504 Medical Center Blvd Conroe TX 77304 Floor: 2nd Floor Building: General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 24 Number of Staff 28 Type of staff: o Day Shift (example 1 charge 3 RN 2 CNA and 1-3 sitters) 1 charge 4 RN 3 NT o Night Shift 1 charge 4 RN 3 NT Patient Ratios 1:5 to 1:6 Type of equipment Baxter IV Pumps PCA Pumps SCD Pumps Hill-Rom beds 5-leads EKG Posey Alarms EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Assessment medication administration f/c and purewick care IV push Blood administration blood thinner administration EKG central line care Pain management Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
