Qualifications :
Customer service experience: 5 years Experience handling a large volume of calls: 1 year Good written and oral communication skills Professional demeanor / Professional Attire Working knowledge of MS Outlook/TEAMS/Excel Detail-oriented Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize Proven ability to handle difficult situations professionally and tactfully Qualified candidates should have strong customer service skills and be familiar with providing hospitality services in an office/hotel environment.
Additional Information :
Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
