Hospital: Summit Location: Address: 5655 Frist Blvd Unit Name: Women s/NICU Building: 2nd floor Cost Center: 660/670 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 24 LDRP and 10 NICU Patient Ratios : 1:1-2 pts 1:4 Postpartum 1:4 Well Infants 1:2-3 NICU Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : RNUC PCT Lactation Type of equipment : Fetal Monitoring Alaris IV Pumps Documentation system: CPN Scheduling requirements: 12 hours 6:30-6:30 Floating policy: No Patient Experience requirements: Fetal Monitoring NRP ACLS Hospital Specifics- Certifications: NRP BLS Intermediate Fetal Monitoring ACLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Fetal Monitoring Must have: Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Labor C-Section Certifications Required: Dress Code: (Required uniform) Black and Hot Pink Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
