Position Overview
The Compensation Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Total Rewards team by assisting with the administration and analysis of the Foundations compensation programs. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of compensation principles who is looking to expand their skills and knowledge within a dynamic HR function. Reporting to the Director Global Compensation and Benefits the Compensation Specialist is responsible for data analysis maintaining compensation systems supporting compensation programs and providing critical insights to the team.
Pay Range: $77000 - $90000. This represents the present low and high ends of the Foundations pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience.
Work Schedule:This role is on a hybrid work schedule and required to be in the office on Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays.
