Job Summary:
Varicent QA lead

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Varicent ICM

Focuses on ensuring the reliability and functionality of Varicents incentive compensation management (ICM).

Conduct various testing methods including functional regression integration API

Identify document prioritize and track bugs using tools like JIRA and perform regression testing on fixed defects

Validate compensation plans calculations and data integrations and identify document and track defects.

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders participate in release planning.
