Application Development Manager
Location: Las Vegas NV
Hybrid Onsite 2-3 days a week (50%)
Pay Transparency - XXX-170K Discretionary Bonus

Looking for an ERP Development Manager to help with the support security maintenance and operation of the enterprises supply chain applications. This role will collaborate with both the development team & stakeholders across a geographical diverse location. Must have excellent knowledge & leadership with SDLC.
*NOT looking for a Project or Program Manager for this role. Looking for someone that can be a hands-on development manager overseeing the integration of multiple applications. This also requires day to day management of the developers while being a liaison to the stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate support improvements security and operations of enterprise supply chain applications & navigate the development team with the Dynamics 365 Implementation.
- Manage SLAs for incidents service requests and improvements
- Ensure delivery of scalable secure and cost-effective technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Work with stakeholders align on system design and share standard processes.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements using industry standard methodologies and quality management techniques.
- Leverage performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Independently lead medium-to-large IT projects (XXX5K XXX0K) ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Manage third-party vendors and contracts
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in IT delivery implementations/upgrades specifically ERP systems
- Leadership with development teams & collaborate effectively with stakeholders & business partners
- 7 years of SDLC experience in Supply Chain applications: ERP PLM (preferably Teamcenter) Warehouse Management Transportation Management Quality Management Demand Planning and CRM.
- Experience with integration platforms such as (MuleSoft Dell Boomi).
