Titlle : AI/Automation Engineer
Duration : Fulltime
Location : San Francisco CA
Salary : annual base compensation range is $108500 to $144000

Build copilot/chatbot experiences in tools such as Moveworks and Glean.

Develop customized AI models.
-
Conduct prompt engineering analysis and troubleshooting proposing and applying enhancements.

Create and update new automations using tools such as Okta Workflows Workato and Zapier.

Develop and troubleshoot Python scripts
-
Maintain existing workflows and automations.
-
Maintain various integrations required for automation to function.
-
Monitor and manage application licenses including license reprovisioning automations.
Your team will:
-
Collaborate on designing and implementing automation solutions.
-
Support each other in the ideation and creation of technical designs.
-
Ensure the seamless integration and maintenance of automation tools and workflows.
-
Work closely with other departments to understand and fulfill automation needs.
About you:
-
Strong API experience.
-
Proficient in Python.
-
Proven ability to technically design and present solutions to customer requests including providing recommendations.

Ability to support other team members in design ideation and creation.
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience with Moveworks and Glean.

Familiarity with Okta Workflows Workato and Zapier.

Experience with AI development.
-
Cloud infrastructure knowledge such as GCP or AWS
-
Knowledge of Google Workspace
