Contract to Hire: 6 month increments

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Engineering or a related field
- 5 years of experience in process improvement documentation or project coordination in a corporate or consulting environment
- Proficiency in creating flowcharts SOPs and guidelines using tools like Microsoft Visio Lucidchart or similar
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend process changes
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Confluence Jira and Smartsheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive team-oriented mindset
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel; basic experience with data analysis tools is a plus
