The Treatment Manager is responsible for providing daily leadership of the treatment operations focusing on the consistent delivery of luxury treatments and service excellence. The Treatment Manager will ensure that all revenue opportunities in keeping with the positioning of Fairmont Spa will be capitalized upon and all productivity and expense controls are followed.
Competitive Salary: $70000 - $72000 gross annually based on previous experience & education
Job Duties Include:
Reporting to the Spa Director responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Hires trains schedules and manages spa colleagues including performance reviews recognition and ensuring adherence to policies procedures and safety standards.
- Oversees daily spa operations to ensure cost-effective service efficient therapist utilization and facility cleanliness and maintenance.
- Leads by example in resolving guest concerns and maintaining high standards of professional service.
- Manages payroll commissions retail goals incentives inventory control and purchasing of products and equipment.
- Sets departmental goals leads communication meetings enhances treatment protocols and stays informed on competitor offerings.
Physical Demands:
- Lifting - Under 20lbs
- Pushing - 35lbs pressure through wrists 80% of work time.
- Motions - Bending standing reaching and working with hands arms and fingers continuously throughout workday.
- Sitting 20% of work time.
Qualifications :
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a spa or hospitality setting
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Aesthetician Massage Therapist or Body Technician
- Recognized certificate in Massage Therapy (2200 hours is an asset)
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and issue management
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated skills in coaching training and time management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
