Identify and implement product enhancements and optimize existing features to ensure the platform is robust scalable and user-centric.
Work within a cross-functional Agile team to deliver high-quality outcomes balancing technical innovation with practical business needs.
Focus on developing and improving critical functionalities and addressing high-priority issues to maintain overall platform stability.
Bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to engineering excellence to ensure all work has a direct impact on client satisfaction.

Being comfortable working across the entire stack from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and data layers.
A strong sense of ownership is essential; you take pride in seeing features through from concept to deployment and are highly accountable for the quality of your work.
You should thrive in a cross-functional agile environment working closely with product managers designers and fellow engineers to deliver impactful results.
You must be a self-starter who can independently identify and solve problems proactively driving tasks forward without micromanagement.
A willingness to learn and work with a variety of technologies is key without being limited to a specific tech stack.
Experience with a wide tech stack is beneficial including TypeScript NodeJS React Docker and AWS with a willingness to integrate AI tools into your workflow.
