Job Description

Looking for your next big career opportunity Our client provides multi-disciplinary and professional construction consulting services across the commercial industrial and residential sectors and to keep pace with the growing demand they are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team.
You will manage engineering projects through ECSA Stages 46 while preparing quotations for new work managing site engineers guiding non-professional engineers/technicians in preparing documentation and be in charge of client liaison. Requirements:
- BEng/BSc/BTech Civil Engineering or similar relevant qualification
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in the commercial industrial or residential sectors.
- Professional registration with ECSA/SACPCMP.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Direct and review documentation prepared by non-professional engineers/technicians.
- Manage engineers on site; attend site meetings only when required by the client.
- Oversee project execution quality timelines and cost control.
- Handle procurement documentation contract preparation and compliance with standards.
- Support tendering and prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations.
- Liaise with suppliers subcontractors and clients on technical and commercial matters.
- Ensure proper project close-out as-built records and handovers.
