Job Description
Introduction
One of our leading clients in Sandton is seeking a seasoned Senior Delphi Developer to join a dynamic new engagement. This is a 12-month hybrid contract role.
Location: Sandton South Africa
Duration: 12 months
Engagement Type: Hybrid
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain Delphi-based applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and implement new features.
- Optimize application responsiveness and ensure high-quality user experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across platforms.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the teams technical growth.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to enhance software solutions.
- Ensure all software complies with relevant healthcare standards and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Fmiliarity with healthcare software standards (e.g. HL7 HIPAA).
- Experience with cloud technologies and system integrations.
- Prior leadership or project management experience.
Skills & Attributes
- Expert-level Delphi programming skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages and frameworks: C# Java .
- Strong database design and management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
Experience Level:
- Senior-level role requiring a minimum of 5 years in full-cycle software development.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Delphi development.
