Job Description

Job Title:Claims Liaison

Type: Full-time Independent Contractor

Location: Remote

Work hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM US time zone

Overview:

The Claims Liaison will support insured clients through the claims process acting as a bridge between clients carriers and adjusters. The role requires strong problem-solving skills empathy and the ability to handle sensitive client situations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for client claims (trucking accidents property losses etc.).

  • Collect claim details and file reports accurately with carriers.

  • Track claim progress ensuring timely updates to clients and brokers.

  • Assist clients in understanding the claims process documents and requirements.

  • Coordinate with adjusters legal teams and carriers to resolve claims efficiently.

  • Maintain detailed claim records in Momentum AMS and CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years insurance claims experience (trucking/transportation or P&C preferred).

  • Strong English communication (verbal and written).

  • Familiarity with claims processes and insurance carrier interactions.

  • Tech-savvy: Microsoft Word Zoom Phone/RingCentral AMS/CRM knowledge.

  • Strong customer service mindset; empathetic and professional.

  • Trustworthy coachable and able to work independently.
