Our client is a top-notch company specialized in retail who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Technology Strategy & Digital Transformation
Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with corporate vision ensuring technology directly supports business growth and competitive advantage.
Lead the design and rollout of digital transformation initiatives across retail e-commerce and O2O (online-to-offline) platforms.
Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as AI automation and advanced analytics to enhance decision-making and customer experience.
Collaborate with executive leadership to identify new business opportunities enabled by technology and ensure IT is a strategic partner in growth.
System Development & Implementation
Oversee implementation and integration of enterprise systems including ERP (Odoo SAP) CRM Cloud platforms Data Lakes BI dashboards and data analytics tools.
Ensure systems are scalable reliable and secure to support core business operations (sales supply chain inventory finance).
Build robust cybersecurity frameworks to protect company and customer data.
Standardize IT processes and governance models to ensure compliance efficiency and consistency across the organization.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead build and scale a high-performing IT organization of 50 members.
Mentor and develop IT leaders fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous learning.
Drive organizational agility through OKR frameworks Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Establish clear succession planning and talent development programs to build long-term IT leadership capabilities.
Performance & Cost Optimization
Manage IT budgets optimize technology investment and negotiate with vendors to maximize ROI.
Continuously evaluate IT performance ensuring operational efficiency and business continuity.
Introduce KPIs and performance dashboards to measure the business impact of IT initiatives.
Requirements
Language & Communication: Strong command of English both written and spoken.
Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in developing and executing IT strategies that enable digital transformation and business growth.
Business Acumen: Ability to understand business models market dynamics and translate them into scalable technology solutions across retail and e-commerce.
Industry Experience: Preferably from retail consumer goods e-commerce or technology-driven companies.
Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading large IT organizations (50 members) and managing multi-million-dollar IT budgets.
Enterprise-scale Experience: Background in organizations with annual revenue exceeding 1000 billion VND familiar with multi-site multi-channel operations.
Innovation & Change Management: Strong ability to drive digital adoption manage stakeholders and foster innovation within complex organizations.
Execution Excellence: Skilled in project management using Agile Scrum and OKR with a record of delivering impactful projects on time and within budget.
