Job Description
Position: Senior Reliability Test Engineer
Salary Range: USD 1400 OT
Location: Hai Duong
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Laboratory Testing
- Verify whether QRS lab equipment is capable of performing the required tests.
- Conduct sample testing in line with the established test plan.
- Compile and prepare detailed test reports.
2. Laboratory Management
- Ensure lab equipment records are properly maintained and kept up to date.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe laboratory environment.
3. Failure Analysis
Perform preliminary failure analysis on defective samples.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree or above in Electronics Engineering.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in an electronics laboratory within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 2 Saturday per month (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- Competitive salary and housing allowance.
- OT salary from 5 to 6 mil per month.
- 13th salary month.
- Social Insurance in full salary.
- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
