Job Summary
Position: Senior SMT Engineer/Supervisor
Salary Range: VND 30 35 (not including OT)
Location: Hai Duong
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and mentor SMT/AI technicians to build team capability and ensure strong performance.
- Manage the daily operation of SMT/AI machinery focusing on efficiency reliability and product quality.
- Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturing) reviews design stencils and fixtures and handle programming for new project launches.
- Oversee preventive maintenance plans and maintain comprehensive records for all SMT/AI equipment.
- Create standard operating procedures and assist in training operators to improve process consistency.
- Lead monthly initiatives aimed at boosting productivity and enhancing product quality.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols in SMT/AI work areas.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree with a focus in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in SMT/AI engineering of PCB/PCBA manufacturing companies.
- In-depth understanding of SMT/AI equipment and processes
- Good at English
- Energetic and proactive with a strong customer service orientation
- Effective in communication problem resolution and team leadership
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) 2 Saturday per month
- Competitive salary and housing allowance.
- OT salary from 5 to 6 mil per month.
- Social Insurance in full salary.
- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
