Job Description

What Youll Do

  • Lead and support end-to-end process improvement initiatives across PA business operations.
  • Own process mapping for all EMEA clients serviced from PSC ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Evaluate existing workflows to uncover risks gaps and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain Level 4 business process documentation to support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams to build standardized solutions for client delivery.
  • Ensure robust documentation for new client pitches and onboarding processes.
  • Act as a compliance gatekeeper ensuring all new or amended processes meet control standards.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and process maturity within PSC PA.
  • Contribute to policy development and coordinate internal/external audits.
  • Act as the line manager of a junior colleague.

What Were Looking For

  • BSc or BA degree
  • 5 years of experience ideally in outsourced finance environments or at a commercial real estate company
  • 1 year of experience in people management (preferably in an SSC)
  • Detail-oriented proactive agile and highly organized
  • Visio process flow chart creation knowledge a plus
  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a bonus
