CSL Vifor is looking for a China Market Access Head to lead the development and execution ofMarket Access strategies.
Base in Beijing the role will be reporting to China GM of VFK.
The Role:
1. Responsible for developing and implementing Market Access strategy to support growth of China partner business
2. Builds and maintains relationships with health economic opinion leaders reimbursement agencies healthcare groups
3. Well collaboration with partner Market Access team and commercial heads as well as VFK 3M (Marketing Medical and Market Access teams) and CSL Vifor ICO&PB 3M heads to support China business
strategy development and implementation
4. New product NRDL listing and renew. VBP analysis and relevant strategy development.
5. Develop and Implement projects e.g health economic RWE (Real World Evidence) study support partner commercial team running pharmacist engagement seminars etc.
6. Monitors and updates healthcare policy customers and competitors information to identify opportunities for protecting and improving value capture
7. Evaluates pricing and market access risksand make related strategy
Skills and Experience:
1. Bachelors degree or above in business or life science
2. Minimum 10 years China pharmaceutical industry experience Minimum 5 years of Market Access experience Demonstrated successful experience of NRDL VBP health economic study/project.
3. Fluent English both for spoken and written
4. Knowledge of relevant legal compliance and regulatory requirements
