DESCRIPTIVO DE CARGO

2. Objetivo del Cargo (Accin funcin y resultado)
Desarrollar el canal de clientes industriales partiendo del desarrollo de distribuidores identificacin de oportunidades evaluacin financiera de rentabilidad disposicin de condiciones comerciales garantizando un cubrimiento adecuado del mercado y una poltica de precios estable para los usuarios finales (Fabricas y Distribuidores) que conlleven al crecimiento de participacin de nuestras categoras en este canal.

3. Responsabilidades
Cumplir con los presupuestos de ventas y gestionar su cartera de clientes de manera eficiente.
Desarrollar nuevos clientes y canales de distribucin industrial apoyando estrategias de penetracin de mercado.
Asesorar tcnica y comercialmente a clientes en la seleccin y uso de productos del portafolio.
Acompaar a los clientes en la rotacin de inventario y en la generacin de demanda.
Apoyar tcnicamente en la elaboracin de fichas catlogos y documentacin tcnica del portafolio.
Analizar y presentar reportes de ventas proyecciones precios mrgenes y condiciones comerciales.
Gestionar reclamos devoluciones y brindar soporte postventa garantizando una experiencia positiva del cliente.
4. Perfil de Competencias
4.1 Movilidad propia (excluyente)
4.2 Formacin complementaria/ Idiomas
Deseable nivel de ingls conversacional.
5.3 Experiencia
Mnimo 3 aos de experiencia en ventas B2B preferentemente en ferretera cerrajera o afines.
6. Conocimientos especficos
Office Avanzado
