Your role as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will support the overall well-being of our patients and their families.
Specialized Care: Follow care plans from physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medication treatments and therapies with precision and compassion.
Documentation: Record all activities assessments nursing actions responses and coordination of care accurately.
Education: Teach patients and families about disease processes self-care techniques and prevention strategies.
Qualifications :
- Active North Carolina or Compact LPN License in good standing (required).
- Previous pediatric home health or public health experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Current BLS and negative TB test
- G-Tube trach & vent experience preferred
