Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Warehouse Managerwith the supervision and coordination of all aspects of warehouse operations. They will effectively and efficiently handle customer service complaints and concerns as well as train new associates in job duties. They will coordinate associate tasks and responsibilities to receive store andloadfood products and support goods in accordance with established company standards and procedures while controlling cost.
Schedule: 11:00am start time working until finished. Must be available to work Sundays and Fridays as part of your 5 day schedule. (Days off would be Saturday and another day during the week).
Compensation: $70000-$75000 and up to 10% yearly bonus
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED 2-year college degree preferred
2years of warehouse manufacturing or production experience
2years of documented supervisory experience
Have and maintain forklift certification
Thorough knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
SAP strongly preferred
Solid knowledge of OSHA regulations
Ability to work with yeast and flour products
Must successfully pass a preemployment background check
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time climb stairs and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion perform heavy pushing/pulling of product work in refrigerated conditions 33-38 degrees and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery when necessary
