Job Description
- Full-time direct-hire position
- Schedule: Monday - Friday; Day shift
- Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for hiring scheduling and supervising field nurses to ensure proper coverage of cases
- Assistant Director of Nursing will ensure proper documentation and adherence to policy and procedures as set by federal regulation and the Joint Commission
- Assistant Director of Nursing must have an active RN License in the state of Pennsylvania
- 2 years home health experience
- 1 year experience with pediatric and intermittent case loads
- BSN or higher preferred
