This is a remote position.
Position Overview:
Spirit Truck Lines is looking for a highly accurate and dependable Remote Data Entry Worker to join our this position you will be responsible for entering updating and managing large volumes of data across our systems. Your attention to detail and commitment to data integrity will help support key logistics and transportation operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into company databases and systems with speed and accuracy
Verify the accuracy of information before inputting identifying and correcting errors
Organize and maintain digital records and files
Maintain confidentiality of customer driver and company information
Assist with generating reports and compiling data for internal use
Follow data entry procedures and quality standards consistently
Work closely with team members to ensure up-to-date and reliable information
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous data entry experience preferred but not required
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 WPM preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and web-based systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Preferred Skills:
Experience in transportation or logistics environments
Familiarity with cloud-based data entry systems or CRMs
Prior remote work experience

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate s or bachelor s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or freight operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with FMCSA and DOT regulations is a plus.
