Position Overview:
Spirit Truck Lines is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Online Data Entry Specialist to join our remote this role you will be responsible for inputting managing and maintaining accurate data across various digital platforms. Your work will directly support logistics operations and ensure the integrity of vital business information.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update customer driver and operations data in internal systems
Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies
Organize and maintain electronic records and files
Generate data reports for management and department use
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Follow company data entry standards and procedures
Collaborate with team members to support smooth data flow and communication
Meet daily weekly and monthly data entry targets
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in online data entry or administrative support
Excellent typing skills (50 WPM preferred) and data accuracy
Strong attention to detail and time management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Ability to learn and navigate company software and systems
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in transportation logistics or dispatch environments
Familiarity with CRM systems or logistics software
Prior remote work experience
